The ego exercise. Every Monday is International Chest Day and the benches are always taken – you’ve probably seen this. Watch to make sure that you do it correctly. Prevent injury and spend time getting the foundation right.

Possibly the most dangerous exercise of them all, even I myself have been injured from this. Please be safe – watch the video on how to deadlift either conventional or sumo. Make sure that you understand the exercise trying. Getting the form right is crucial.
I would say this is the king of all the exercises in building size and loosing fat! Mainly targeting your legs overall but using the rest of your body to stabilize. Watch and see how to squat. Biggest compound movement of them all.
